I started the day well, but blew it at the end of the day ...
9:42 am 1 cup fresh cantalope, 2 scrambled eggs, 1 c. 1% fat free milk
1:45 pm 4 oz grilled steak, 1 c. sparkling water, 1 slice pepperoni pizza
5:11 pm 1 c. Chinese stir fry, 1 c. steamed white rice, 1 c. 1% fat free milk
No exercise today, but I'm anxiously awaiting delivery of Jillian Michaels' Shape Up Complete, Maximize Complete, and Cardio Kick Box. I've also ordered Gunnar Peterson's Core Secrets. I also have a Pro Form treadmill in the basement, but need to hire an electrician to install a heavy duty outlet before I can use it.
I'm also debating whether or not to cancel my YMCA membership. Now that we've moved, it's not as convenient to go to the YMCA, it's a lot farther than it was from our flat. $70/month is a lot when you need to support 3 people on 1 salary. We could use that money to go to the movies or go rock climbing (the kids LOVE to go rock climbing, I'd need to lose at least 50 lbs before I was confident enough to attempt it).
